⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Size/fit issues (unless wrong size delivered)

  • Minor color or design variation

  • Used or damaged products by customer

To initiate a return:

    • Unboxing video proof

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a return pickup (if available), or

  • Ask you to self-ship the product to our return address

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

    • Bank transfer (for COD orders)
